Legal · Cookies

We use almost nothing.
Here's exactly what.

We built Akili Suite without advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or surveillance cookies. This policy tells you precisely what lives in your browser and why.

No Tracking Cookies
No Advertising

Section 01

What Are Cookies & Local Storage

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites. Local Storage and Session Storage are similar browser-based mechanisms that store data locally on your device. Together we call these "browser storage" in this policy.

Browser storage is used to make websites work properly - remembering that you're logged in, storing your preferences, and providing security. Akili Suite uses browser storage only for these functional purposes, not for advertising or tracking.

Section 02

What We Use

The Akili Suite platform uses a strictly minimal set of browser storage. Every item below is essential for the platform to function.

All portal storage is tenant-isolated. Data stored in your browser via the portal is scoped to your firm's subdomain. It is never accessible from other subdomains or the marketing site (akilisuite.com).

The marketing website (akilisuite.com) uses no browser storage at all. No cookies, no localStorage, nothing. It is a pure static site.

Section 03

What We Don't Use

We have deliberately not installed any of the following:

  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or any Google tracking
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel or any social media tracking pixels
  • Hotjar, Heap, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or any behavioural analytics tools that record individual user sessions or movements
  • Advertising networks or retargeting cookies of any kind
  • Third-party A/B testing tools that inject tracking scripts
  • Cross-site tracking cookies that follow you around the internet
We use Cloudflare Analytics for aggregate, anonymised website metrics (page views, country breakdowns, browser types). Cloudflare Analytics does not use cookies, does not track individuals, and does not share data with advertising networks. It processes only aggregate data. Learn more →
Section 04

Third-Party Storage

Certain third-party services we use may set their own cookies or storage on your device when you interact with specific features:

Cloudflare's security cookies are strictly necessary. They cannot be disabled without breaking the security of the platform. Under GDPR and KDPA, strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
Section 05

Your Choices

Because we only use strictly necessary browser storage, there is no cookie consent banner on Akili Suite - there is simply nothing to consent to beyond what is needed to make the platform work.

To clear portal storage manually: In Chrome/Edge: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data → Cookies and site data. In Firefox: Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data. In Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.

Clearing your browser storage will log you out of the portal. Your firm's data remains on our servers - this only affects what's cached locally in your browser.
